1. Set the Rocker Switch to the Off (O)  
position.  
1. BeFore eAch use, inspect the  
condition of the Fan. Check for loose  
screws, misalignment or binding of  
moving parts, the condition of the electric  
wire and its plug, and any other condition  
that may affect its safe operation.  
2. Place the fan on a flat, stable surface,  
routing the power cord to the nearest  
outlet, avoiding tripping hazards or strain  
on the cord.

a. Turn off and unplug the fan. Remove  
the five screws from the back of the grill  
and gently pry the grills apart.

and warm water, then wipe dry with a  
clean cloth.  
5. When finished using the fan, turn the  
Rocker Switch to Off (O), unplug the unit  
and store in a safe, dry location.  
c. Wipe dirt from the blades, rear grill and  
electrical cord.  
cAutioN: Should the Fan not start when the  
unit is plugged in and turned on, or if the  
motor “hums” but the fan does not rotate,  
immediately turn off and unplug the  
fan and have it serviced by a qualified  
technician.  
d. Re-assemble in reverse order. Allow to  
dry completely before reconnecting to  
power source.  
3. When not in use, store in a safe, dry  
location, out of reach of children.  
4. This item is pre-lubricated at the factory.  
No additional lubrication is required.
